The acquisition combines DeepHealth’s AI portfolio with Gleamer’s cloud-first solutions serving over 700 customers across 44 countries.

RadNet Inc has acquired Gleamer, a Paris-based radiology artificial intelligence company, to integrate into DeepHealth, RadNet’s wholly owned subsidiary. The all-cash transaction, valued at up to €230 million, creates what the companies say is the largest provider of radiology clinical AI solutions worldwide.

Gleamer serves more than 700 customer contracts across 44 countries with Food and Drug Administration (FDA)-cleared and CE-marked clinical AI and workflow solutions for musculoskeletal, breast, lung, and neurologic applications. The company achieved an Annual Recurring Revenue compound annual growth rate exceeding 90% from 2022 through 2025 and is expected to reach approximately $30 million ARR in 2026.

“As imaging volumes continue to rise amid an accelerating shortage of radiologists worldwide, reengineering high-volume workflows—particularly routine imaging such as X-ray, ultrasound, and mammography — is becoming essential to sustaining access, efficiency, and quality of care,” saysHoward Berger, president and CEO of RadNet, in a release.

Expanding AI Portfolio Across Multiple Modalities

The integration combines Gleamer’s portfolio with DeepHealth’s clinical AI suites for breast, chest, neuro, prostate, and thyroid applications. The combined portfolio supports screening, detection, interpretation, and follow-up across cancer types, as well as neurodegenerative and musculoskeletal conditions.

With more than 130 professionals, Gleamer operates a cloud-first, software-as-a-service business model serving hospitals, imaging centers, and healthcare systems. The company’s solutions are designed to improve quality of care while reducing radiologist workload through automated exam prioritization and draft reporting capabilities.

“By combining our AI capabilities, product portfolio, and strong commercial team with that of DeepHealth, we are poised to shape the future of intelligent imaging at scale,” says Christian Allouche, co-founder and CEO of Gleamer, in a release.

Expected Operational Benefits for RadNet

RadNet plans to deploy Gleamer’s solutions across its imaging network to create productivity gains, particularly in X-ray imaging, which accounts for almost 25% of RadNet’s imaging volume. The company intends to implement an end-to-end AI-enabled workflow beginning with triaging critical findings to accelerate interpretation of urgent cases.

The acquisition will also accelerate introduction of draft reporting capabilities, allowing radiologists to increase reading volumes with greater accuracy and standardization, according to a release from RadNet. RadNet expects these implementations to drive cost efficiencies and improve patient care by the third quarter of 2026.
