?????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????HIMSS is set to host the Connected Health Conference, which includes its popular mHealth Summit and two new events focused on cyber security and population health management. The three summits, the mHealth Summit, Cyber Security Summit and Population Health Summit, will take place simultaneously under the umbrella of HIMSS’s Connected Health Conference from Nov. 8 until Nov. 11, 2015 at the Gaylord National Resort in the Washington DC area.

“Providers, policy makers, payers and patients are increasingly relying on the collection, sharing and integration of personal health data to increase efficiencies, empower individuals to better manage their health and wellness, reduce costs and improve outcomes,” said H. Stephen Lieber, HIMSS president and chief executive. “HIMSS created the Connected Health Conference for members of the healthcare sector who are eager for valuable education, dialogue and networking to support the integration of connected health in clinical practice and patient care.”

The HIMSS Connected Health Conference builds on ongoing interest in mobile health and the successful platform of the mHealth Summit, now in its seventh year. Registration for any one of the Summits grants access to all three events at the new HIMSS Connected Health Conference, which will host education, exhibits, and networking events.
