RamSoft, a Canadian developer of RIS, PACS, and teleradiology software, has launched RamSoft Communities, a new online, self-service portal to enable end users to interact and collaborate with each other and RamSoft employees. The portal will also enable users to participate in RamSoft-led focus groups to offer feedback on the development of new product technology and enhancements.
“We have consistently ranked very high on customer support, but there is always room for improvement in other areas. We decided to launch communities so customers can voice their opinions and know that they are part of something bigger,” said Marilyn Solano, director of sales and marketing for RamSoft. “We’re very excited about this launch and hope that our customers make use of all the new tools we’ve added.”
RamSoft offers a range of solutions, including the PowerServer line with a customizable, web-based workflow built on a single-database application. The Gateway line provides stand-alone, PC-based solutions for routing and viewing.
