data_binary_code_2 - usedCloud-based PACS and RIS provider eRAD, Greenville, SC, recently announced it will be working over the next several months to validate compatibility with newly released Microsoft Windows 10 across its product line.

The company has asked its customers to continue using their current operating system for eRAD products until it completes validation and can offer full support. The target for completion is the end of this year, according to the company.

Windows 10 contains a broad range of new features, including user interfaces, applications, device drivers and, the new EDGE web browser.  Those who upgrade their workstations to Windows 10 before validation is complete are encouraged to contact eRad’s Customer Solutions Center via [email protected] or (866) 414-3723.

Microsoft has provided a short-term option to roll back to Windows 7 or 8.1. If this becomes necessary, go to the Windows Start button, select Settings and search for “Go Back” in the search window.
