The James Paget University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, Gorleston, Great Yarmouth, has agreed to a ten-year contract with Sectra to supply a complete IT solution for the management of radiology images, including Sectra PACS and Sectra Open Archive.
Through this investment, James Paget foresees an improved service to clinicians and more efficient image and information handling within the university hospitals, enabling, for example, reporting from remote locations. Additionally, because the Sectra solution can connect any DICOM-compliant image storage system, it provides the infrastructure for efficient workflows across medical disciplines.
