A 2013 MD Buyline survey indicates that Konica Minolta Medical Imaging is the top-rated computed radiography (CR) solutions vendor for the eighth year in a row, the company has reported. The independent industry report gathers evidence-based user satisfaction ratings across various modalities.
Konica Minolta was the only company to receive a 9.0 or higher in each of six categories, and remains the only company to retain a 9.0 or higher composite rating since 2012, a period that has seen the market average for other vendors decline. The survey shows that customers continue to rely on CR technology in areas where it offers the preferred workflow, while using it alongside DR technology.
