Electronic health record provider Practice Fusion Inc, of San Francisco, Calif, has announced a collaboration with ePatientFinder, a leader in EHR clinical trial recruitment based in Austin, Texas, to provide physicians with readily available information on clinical trials being conducted by investigators and sponsors.
Customers of Practice Fusion’s EHR will have the opportunity to learn about emerging treatment options and easily identify patients who may be eligible for a clinical trial. With over 50 million annual patient encounters on Practice Fusion’s platform, the partnership aims to expand clinical trial participation to patients who otherwise may not have access.
