Zotec Partners has entered into an exclusive revenue cycle management services agreement with South Sound Radiology in Olympia, Wash.
The practice, which has 29 board-certified radiologists on staff, provide a variety of high-quality imaging services with subspecialties in musculoskeletal, abdominal and body imaging, and breast imaging as well as interventional radiology, nuclear medicine and neuroradiology. Founded in 1973, SSR has grown to include two satellite offices in Washington with three radiologists in Aberdeen and four radiologists in the Lewis County office, located inside Providence Centralia Hospital.
“As payment responsibility continues to shift from payers to patients, we knew we needed a business partner with sophisticated billing technology and people who are knowledgeable about our state and the healthcare industry,” said Stephanie Dirckx, SSR’s Executive Director. “Zotec offered both, with outstanding real-time reporting and analytics. With Zotec as our billing provider, we are confident we will be efficiently compensated for services and procedures rendered and we will have the billing data we need to make informed business decisions.”
Under terms of the agreement, Zotec will track and measure all aspects of the revenue cycle process, allowing SSR to verify the performance of its RCM partner on a daily basis against key performance indicators.
