The Digisonics PACS and Structured Reporting System have been validated by the United States Department of Veterans Affairs for use with the Veterans Health Information Systems & Technology Architecture (VistA), an enterprise-wide electronic health record (EHR). The validation will allow the solutions to integrate with the VA’s computerized patient record system (CPRS) throughout its facilities.
Already in use at the VA, the PACS and Structured Reporting System provide image review and reporting capabilities for all study types, including radiology, cardiology, and OB/GYN. Their integration with VistA will ensure an automated workflow to shorten report turnaround times.
