Imagine Software, a provider of medical billing solutions, announced new client Yakima Valley Radiology is seeing record results on the Imagine system.
After becoming dissatisfied with results from their previous practice management provider, Yakima Valley Radiology, a radiologist physician group serving Yakima and Kittitas counties in Washington, turned to Imagine to help automate and streamline processes while decreasing the overall billing cycle.
Within the first quarter after installing Imagine, the group discovered that overall efficiency and accuracy were significantly improved when compared to its previous system, allowing for a reduction in initial claim errors and, as a result, an increase in the amount of correct claims sent out.
