In order to support its partners in providing high-quality care, Toshiba America Medical Systems recently expanded its online learning center. The Toshiba Learning Center now includes Performance Learning, a one-stop education resource for clinicians.
“As healthcare reform mandates that providers improve quality of care while lowering costs, Toshiba wants to give its customers a way to educate their staff faster and more cost-effectively,” said Sharon Yoon, senior director, Training and Education, Toshiba. “This is more than just equipment training. It enables Toshiba customers to do everything from find the latest research materials to talk with a subject expert directly. It’s a reflection of our view of education as a daily, long-term commitment.”
Supported by Medlantis, the Toshiba Learning Center includes resources to help clinicians keep up with ongoing healthcare innovations. Assets such as a library of 2,350 case studies are designed to help physicians improve their diagnostic skills. Clinicians can also engage with subject matter experts in every imaging study.
