Image compression company Pegasus Imaging Corp., of Tampa, Fla., has acquired AccuSoft Corp.’s imaging business.
The eight-figure deal includes the software development firm’s ImageGear and NetVue software development kits.
Over the next 90 days, transition activities will focus primarily on supporting AccuSoft customers, Pegasus reported.
With this acquisition, Pegasus aims to enhance its position among the largest, most stable providers of digital imaging software development kits in the world, according to the company.
