September 12, 2007—NovaRad Corp, American Fork, Utah, recently announced that it has been selected by Northern Inyo Hospital in California and has secured a contract to install NovaPACS and NovaRIS. This contract marks the tenth NovaRad contract in California. Northern Inyo Hospital is a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital located in Bishop.
NovaPACS is suited for any size facility, from hospitals with fewer than 10 to more than 500 beds and single-site to multi-site freestanding imaging centers.
“NovaRad is continuing to increase its installs in California, with this contract marking our tenth in the state,” said Paul Shumway, senior vice president at NovaRad. “We are eager to work with Northern Inyo to increase its imaging efficiency.”
