Imaging Advantage (IA), a provider of evidence-based radiology services, has acquired BRIT Systems, a provider of PACS/RIS and teleradiology solutions. Under the deal, BRIT Systems LLC will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of IA.
The acquisition will provide IA with access to BRIT Systems’ PACS, workstations, and development team to support IA’s operations. BRIT Systems will gain a market for their products, as well as access to study volumes for stress testing and radiology consultants to offer feedback for ongoing product development.
