Carestream Health recently shipped its 1,000th DIRECTVIEW Vita CR system, which was released on October 1, 2010. Independent imaging centers, clinics, multi-physician offices, and chiropractic and veterinary facilities have purchased the system.
“Sales have exceeded our expectations and we have boosted production capabilities to keep pace with demand,” said Helen Titus, worldwide marketing manager, digital capture systems, Carestream Health.
The solution combines high image quality with reliability and a compact footprint. The Vita CR system weighs 79 pounds and is smaller and lighter than many other tabletop CR solutions. In addition, it is designed to withstand extreme conditions.
