FUJIFILM Medical Systems USA Inc., of Stamford, Conn., recently announced that healthcare group purchaing organization Amerinet has added Synapse™ cardiovascular® and Synapse™ RIS® to its existing Fujifilm contracts.
As a result, the company’s complete product portfolio – including PACS, digital x-ray, digital mammography, and film – is available to the entire Amerinet membership.
“The addition of these two informatics offerings confirms Amerinet’s continued recognition of the high quality and value of the entire Fujifilm product portfolio,” said Phil Buffington, Executive Director, National Accounts. “Synapse RIS and Synapse cardiovascular, coupled with Fujifilm’s entire Synapse brand and the full line of imaging systems, further enhance our relationship with Amerinet members by providing a total, single-vendor portfolio to meet their imaging needs.”
As of last month,Fujifilm’s Synapse RIS and Synapse cardiovascular systems have been added to the existing PACS contract. The agreement allows Amerinet members to gain access to Fujifilm’s entire Synapse portfolio ,including Synapse PACS, Synapse RIS and Synapse cardiovascular, as well as Fujfilm’s FCR, FDR, and FFDM systems.
