Simplify Genomics and SimonMed announced a collaboration to integrate whole-body MRI with genetic testing to advance preventive healthcare. The partnership combines SimonMed’s national network of imaging centers with the Simplify Genomics reporting platform to provide a more complete picture of human health.
According to the companies, the modalities offer complementary perspectives. Genomics provides insight into underlying disease risk, while imaging helps identify existing structural or physiological changes. This approach is intended to help identify risk earlier, personalize care pathways, and support proactive health decisions.

Integration of Genomics and Imaging
Simplify Genomics, which was spun out of Human Longevity in 2022, has processed more than 50,000 whole genomes as a CAP/CLIA-certified laboratory. The clinical reporting platform includes thousands of disease associations and pharmacogenomic insights designed to support clinical interpretation in real-world care settings.
The platform is paired with SimonMed’s network of more than 175 imaging centers across the US. SimonMed is supported by a team of more than 300 subspecialty-trained, board-certified radiologists.

The companies state that early indicators associated with disease may be identified through these modalities well before they surface in traditional care pathways. The collaboration is progressing rapidly, and the companies expect to provide additional updates in the near future.
