This integration simplifies the scanning of typed and handwritten notes, automating data extraction and workflow integration. Royal Solutions and Concord started collaborating in 2018 by integrating Concord Cloud Fax services into the Royal Radiology Information System (RIS) to improve workflow efficiency. Now, with the integration of Royal’s Enterprise Care solution and Concord’s advanced document classification and data extraction capabilities, the partnership continues to support physician practices.
