Designed for “grab-and-go” point-of-care use, the Sonosite MT features high-resolution imaging, an all-touch interface, and stand-or-handheld operation to support rapid exams across care settings.

Fujifilm Sonosite, a provider of point-of-care ultrasound solutions, announced the launch of Sonosite MT, the latest evolution in its line of portable ultrasound systems

Designed as a “grab and go” clamshell form factor, Sonosite MT is engineered for seamless use both on and off the stand, offering clinicians mobility. Featuring an all-touch user interface, a clinical monitor and control panel, this system delivers a familiar user experience designed to  minimize workflow disruption and promote clinician adoption.

“At Fujifilm Sonosite, our mission is to empower clinicians with ultrasound systems that perform reliably in the most demanding clinical settings. Sonosite MT exemplifies this mission by integrating our core product pillars: durability, reliability, and ease of use,” says Richard Fabian, president and chief executive officer of Fujifilm Sonosite, in a release. “This new system continues our journey of excellence, providing a portable ultrasound platform that supports both clinical confidence and operational efficiency.”

The Sonosite MT is designed for point-of-care environments, with a durable housing intended to withstand frequent transport and daily clinical use. The system offers high-resolution imaging to support diagnostic confidence across a range of patient types and settings. Its lightweight, compact form factor is built for mobility, and the all-touch interface aligns with the broader Fujifilm Sonosite platform to support consistent training and usability.

To assist with infection-control protocols, the monitor and control surface are button-free and can be wiped down quickly. The system also connects with Synapse Synchronicity for workflow and data management integration.

The Sonosite MT joins the company’s existing Sonosite PX, Sonosite LX, and Sonosite ST systems in its point-of-care ultrasound lineup.
