MD Buyline users have named Hitachi Medical Systems America (HMSA) the top rated MRI vendor in a 2010 fourth quarter user satisfaction survey. HMSA received top rankings in all six categories and earned a composite score 9.6 out of 10.
MD Buyline measures user satisfaction based on evaluations by more than 3,300 hospitals in the member network. User satisfaction ratings are measured in six categories: system performance, system reliability, installation, applications training, service response time, and service repair quality.
