Transportable DR System Gives Imaging Flexibility in Tight Spots

The new IMIXRadStation from IMIX Americas Inc. was introduced at last week’s AHRA 2010 Annual Meeting and Exposition. IMIXRadStation can be moved and connected to any existing radiography system to deliver immediate DR imaging.

The system is designed in an era when facilies have both tighter budgets and tighter spaces. The IMIX system is a fully transportable DR system, enabling digital radiography in remote areas and small rooms.

The RadStation comes equipped with the IMIX Slimline TFT-based detector with a 14” x 17” field of view.

In addition to the RadStation, the company also highlighted its IMIXPanoRad SL and IMIXIntuition DR systems. Both are also designed for rooms with size and ceiling height limitations.
