The American College of Radiology awarded Old Hook Medical Associates a 3-year term of accreditation in ultrasound. The accreditation is awarded to facilities and practices that meet ACR Practice Guidelines and Technical Standards.
Old Hook Medical Associates is a multi-specialty health care practice and patient-centered medical home where primary care, specialty physicians, nurse practitioners, and other medical professionals work together under one roof. OHM has also been recognized by the National Council for Quality Assurance in three areas: patient-centered medical home, diabetes, and heart/stroke care.
