PACS and informatics company, NovaRad, American Fork, Utah, is growing, hiring Harold Welch and Gerald Cluff for its product development team. Welch will serve as director of implementation and Cluff will become NovaRad’s new software quality assurance manager.

Previous to NovaRad, Welch’s career involved product engineering, sales support, product training, technical support, solution proposal, and product installation. At NovaRad, he’ll manage project managers, installation specialists, and applications specialists.

Cluff’s background is in quality assurance and testing at notable IT companies, such as Microsoft, Intel, Novell and WordPerfect. Most recently, he worked as a consultant for Corning, Northrop Grumman, Lockheed Martin and Oracle.

At NovaRad, Cluff will be responsible for all testing of new and existing software features, as well as work NovaRad’s research and development team.
