Being the best has its benefits, including bragging rights. And Konica Minolta Medical Imaging earned that right times two by having its Xpress CR and IQue Dual Bay CR systems named 2011 Best in KLAS for multi-plate CR.
In the report, “2011 Best in KLAS Awards: Medical Equipment & Infrastructure,” both the Xpress CR and IQue CR received the highest overall score and satisfaction for product uptime, with 97% of Konica Minolta end users surveyed by KLAS reporting they would purchase the same system again.
According to the company, the 2011 Best in KLAS designation is one of many awards Konica Minolta has received over the last several years, including Best in KLAS for multi-cassette CR in 2008 and 2009; Best in KLAS for single cassette CR in 2009; and, for the past six years, named best CR company by MD Buyline.
