The Medical Imaging & Technology Alliance (MITA) has congratulated the National Electrical Manufacturers Association (NEMA), of which it is a member, for winning platinum and gold awards in the 2014 Hermes Creative Awards competition.

The Hermes awards recognize creative professionals involved in the concept, writing, and design of traditional materials and programs and emerging technologies. NEMA’s magazine ei earned a platinum award for its March 2014 cover and another in the Written Article category for its piece, “Ins and Outs of the Sustainable Growth Rate in Medicare” by Paul Molitor, NEMA assistant vice president, and Brian Connell, MITA government relations director. The publication is devoted to diagnostic imaging.

“We are thrilled to see NEMA’s magazine recognized with such prestigious honors,” said Gail Rodriguez, executive director of MITA. “MITA looks forward every year to our annual issue of ei and the opportunity to showcase the value of medical imaging and radiation therapy.”
