FUJIFILM Medical Systems U.S.A., Stamford, Conn., has announced the completion of its acquisition of healthcare informatics company TeraMedica Inc., Milwaukee, a provider of vendor neutral, enterprise solutions.
The company is now known as FUJIFILM TeraMedica Inc.
“As a leader in clinical archiving, TeraMedica is at the forefront of the Vendor Neutral Archive market,” said Jim Morgan, vice president of Medical Informatics at FUJIFILM. “It is a company with talented people and unique technology that will strengthen our position in healthcare informatics.
