Siemens Healthcare, Malvern, Pa., has announced that University Hospitals, Cleveland, has successfully launched Siemens’ Soarian Financials at University’s Case Medical Center.

The University Hospitals’ system includes a total of six community hospitals and the 1,032-bed University Hospitals Case Medical Center.

Soarian is an enterprise wide, web-based health care revenue cycle solution. Case will be the first academic medical center in the U.S. to incorporate the product. In addition to the latest Case installation, University Hospitals has implemented Soarian Financials into five other facilities.

Soarian Financials features a contract engine, an enterprise-wide master person index (EMPI), a claims engine, and denial management into a single enterprise-wide revenue cycle solution.
