Carestream Health Inc., of Rochester, N.Y., recently shipped its 50,000th KODAK DRYVIEW Laser Imaging System.
Available in four models, Carestream Health’s laser imagers range from desktop systems designed for imaging centers, small hospitals and clinics to fully featured units designed for high volume, multi-modality output at large facilities.
These imagers offer output from PACS, CT, MRI, computed radiography and digital radiography systems, and other grayscale imaging applications. They feature output of 650 dot per inch resolution at full speed, daylight film cartridges that eliminate darkroom-based film loading, multi-bin film sorters, and the ability to output mammography images of 4.0 D-max at speeds up to 200 films per hour.
