Toshiba has launched an Industry Consulting Panel, which is designed to help the company receive feedback from its clients. Existing customers and prospects can join the panel to learn about online surveys that fit with their interests or expertise. Feedback from these surveys will then be used to get opinions on new technology; identify customer training needs; and assess advertising, promotions, and trade shows.

Once the participant signs up for the panel and fills out a demographic profile, Toshiba will send personalized e-mail invitations with appropriate surveys that match the participant
