September 13, 2007—Zotec Partners LLC, Indianapolis, is announcing today that it has merged with EmPhysis Medical Management, Rockwall, Texas, a leader in physician practice management for radiology, anesthesiology and pathology.

Headquarters will remain in Indianapolis, IN, where Zotec Partners has been based for 9 years. Financial terms of the agreement are not disclosed.
