CR imaging at Washington Hospital Center, Washington, D.C., has become even clearer thanks to Sapheneia’s Clarity CR Solution software.
The new software package is specifically designed to process images from multiple CR readers in the CCU, ICU, and emergency departments. The 64-bit architecture provides the speed, multi-processing architecture, and throughput to accommodate multiple CR readers sending images simultaneously to Clarity, according to a company press release.
The Clarity CR allows for images to be optimized by the radiologists, thus lowering radiation doses while simultaneously providing the diagnostic confidence that only came from images scanned at full dose.
