Radiology services provider Foundation Radiology Group, of Pittsburgh, recently announced it has acquired Oryx Medical Services, a Virginia-based radiology practice management firm located in Roanoke.
The agreement furthers FRG’s goal of building a nationwide network of radiology physician groups to offer around-the-clock diagnostic imaging services for hospitals, imaging centers and other clients.
In more news, the company has appointed Dr. Gerald Johnson Sr. to position of vice president of sales and marketing. It has also appointed Brandon Smith, formerly with TeraRecon, Inc. to the position of vice president of program management.
