KLAS has released a new report on global EMR performance that outlines how vendors are responding to their EMR products in different regions of the world. The report, entitled “Global EMR Performance 2014: Vendors Are Succeeding–Where and Why?” is available for download on the KLAS website.
“Providers in certain geographical areas want more support or vendor involvement than in other places across the globe,” said Chris Brown, the report’s author. “That seems to be one of the key drivers of why provider satisfaction varies.”
KLAS spoke to a range of vendors, including Allscripts, Cerner, ChipSoft, CSC, Epic, InterSystems, Meditech, Philips, and Siemens, to uncover how their EMRs are performing.
