Ted Taccardi, Carestream
Carestream has appointed Ted Taccardi as vice president of Global Customer Care, effective immediately. With the transition, Taccardi will become a member of Carestream’s senior executive leadership team.
As leader of the newly formed Global Customer Care organization, Taccardi will oversee the company’s field support, remote, and platform teams servicing equipment, software, and healthcare IT systems.
Taccardi previously served as chief operating officer of Digital Medical Solutions and chief technical officer of Digital Capture Solutions at Carestream, managing global manufacturing and product development and supervising operations in the United States, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.
Carestream credits him with the company’s growth in the computed radiography and digital radiography sectors and development of the Carestream DRX-1 system and the DRX-Revolution mobile X-ray system.
