April 30, 2007—On Friday, health care group purchasing organization Amerinet Inc, St. Louis, Mo, announced the resignation of its CEO, Victor E. Samolovitch, who had worked for Amerinet since its inception in 1986.
“Over the past year, Vic has been instrumental in leading Amerinet through its organizational transition to one national group purchasing organization,” said Bert Zimmerli, chairman of Amerinet’s board. “Thanks to Vic’s vision and perseverance, Amerinet developed a restructuring plan that solidly positions the organization for future success and growth.”
Amerinet president Todd Ebert has assumed leadership of the company.
