July 12, 2007—American Radiologist Network Inc (AMRADNET) will acquire the medical division of ViewTec AG, Zurich, Switzerland, the two companies announced today.
The joint agreement gives AMRADNET ownership of ViewTec’s MedView product and related technology; this DICOM-compatible software for digital medical imaging offers efficient image streaming and on-demand interactive 3D volume rendering.
