Prior to its acquisition by Onex Corp, Toronto, Carestream was the Health Group of Eastman Kodak Co, Rochester, NY. Carestream Health will continue to use the Kodak brand with its products, and now owns all former Health Group sub-brands, including Carestream, DirectView, Softdent, Industrex, X-sight and PracticeWorks.
