The SNMMI Mars Shot Research Fund and Lobular Breast Cancer Alliance have selected Marina Sharifi, MD, PhD, as the recipient of the joint research fellowship to investigate a non-invasive approach combining a blood test and PET imaging to identify patients with anti-estrogen resistance in metastatic invasive lobular cancer.
